I really didn’t intend for this to be a regular feature, but nonetheless, here we go.
- I found out this weekend that my aunt owns a vinyl copy of the album Whenever You Need Somebody, which is best known for having this as its lead song. I’m pretty sure this makes my aunt like 20 years ahead of her time, or psychic, or something.
- I also found out earlier this week that in my NCAA tournament pool at work, I am second-to-last, with two of my Final Four teams (Including my national champion) eliminated. I am in excellent position to make a huge comeback and take the whole thing!
- I found out yesterday that I play DDR badly when I’m tired. Oh well. Obviously I’ll just have to sleep a lot between now and Saturday.
- Don’t forget to vote in the poll I created yesterday!

Or maybe your aunt just knows good dancing music. I’m thinking of renting the album out to whoever bids the highest. And, yes, the album still works and is not warped. Maybe you could use it when playing DDR, if you could find a record player.
I lready know where that link is going and I’m not looking :)
Hey, you had an invite to my NCAA Yahoo! bracket but didn’t respond–chances are you’d be second to last there too, since I’m dead last. This is why I don’t gamble with real money.

@ Aunt: The funniest part is that steps actually exist for the song (Well, the first two minutes or it anyway)..someone made them for Stepmania. They were actually pretty fun!
@ Cousin: You know, the most amusing part of my love of that particular video is that, as many times as I’ve linked to it on this site (And it’s a lot), I’m pretty sure I have yet to fulfill the strict definition of a Rickroll–I have never been anything but honest about what the video is, though I suppose I have been guilty of the sin of omission of information at points. But c’mon, it is a great example of my general vocal range…
